Can someone help me understand?
I'm engaged to a beautiful girl and I couldn't ask for anyone better. She has been acting out lately. She's not herself right now and I know she can't help it. I need advice!!!

I am engaged to a beautiful 27 year old women and head over heals in love. We have been living together for 3 years. She has anxiety and takes meds for it so she knows she has anxiety. About 3 weeks ago she acts out of her usual routine. I thought everything was fine with us then it off no where she doesn't come home, no word from her saying she isn't coming home never has done this before. She has always let me know before hand if she isn't coming home.
She has been acting like a different person these past weeks nothing is the same. My world is upside down right now. She tells me she loves me and wants to still be with me and I know she loves me I don't doubt that. She told me she needs some space and wants to move out. Reassurance doesn't work, she doesn't reassure me.
I feel like I did something wrong but I don't know what, she doesn't want to talk about it, which I get because it upsets her, but she has been lying to me lately which she never has before she doesn't like liars herself.
I'm so confused right now on what I should do. I want to help her. Do I let her go and give her space or is there something else I can do? Any advice would be helpful right now!!! I'm confused I don't really know what she wants anymore she doesn't want to talk about it and I don't want to push or force her.
I get the feeling she knows what she wants, but she can't tell me. It sucks cause I want to help her so badly and all my efforts seem to be failing. I don't want to lose her and I don't want to feel like there is a bouncy ball bouncing around in my head. Please anyone have some input?
