The Mix launches their annual volunteer survey – a report on how our volunteers feel in comparison to volunteering in general, and how and why they find a sense of fulfilment working with us.
At The Mix, our volunteers provide the backbone for everything we do to support young people and remain the leading digital support service for under 25’s. From volunteering through our community, support services and content, we’re grateful for every single one of them. And the feeling is reciprocated too!
Our key highlights include:
- 100% of our volunteers feel valued by The Mix
- 99% feel that support is always available to them.
- 96% feel that they’ve learnt new skills.
- 92% will use their new skills towards their future careers.
