The Mix are very excited to announce the launch of their first ever podcast series, The Mix Six.

The Mix Six podcast aims to carry on the invaluable work and support that The Mix already provides, opening up a new way for young people to engage.

Each episode focuses on an issue or topic related to under 25’s – from mental health, relationships, school, university, sex, climate change, self-confidence – if it affects young people, then The Mix Six podcast has got it covered.

We’ll chat to the experts, the celebrities, the young people doing amazing things. We’ll listen to those real-life stories, celebrate life and tackle the issues that no one else wants to talk about. The issues that matter most to young people.

And we’ll do it in SIX questions.

We kick off The Mix Six podcast with a chat with our inspiring new ambassador, Owen Wood, the winner of BBC’s Race Across The World. During the episode, Owen shares his experiences growing up with anxiety throughout school, before becoming the star of a major TV show.

On 10th September, episode 2 of The Mix Six podcast launches with a chat with Mr Body Coach, Joe Wicks. Joe talks about his journey to becoming the face of fitness and why mental health is just as important as physical health. Listen to the episode here.

New episodes of The Mix Six podcast are released every 2nd Tuesday of the month and are available wherever you get your podcasts (Spotify, Apple, Deezer). You can watch the podcast via our Youtube channel, just simply search ‘The Mix Six podcast’.
